Optical Lab Technician Jobs in Waco, TX
An Optical Lab Technician plays a crucial role in the optometry industry by fabricating, repairing, and maintaining optical products such as glasses and contact lenses. They operate and calibrate specialized lab equipment to cut, polish, and grind lenses according to the optical prescription. In addition to this, they also assemble frames and lenses, adjust eyewear to fit patients correctly, and perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy of the finished product.
