Advanced Eyecare, A Professional Optometric Group, is California’s largest provider of vision care services to the residents of skilled nursing facilities and mental health rehabilitation centers. We have served this patient population for over 25 years and currently contract with approximately 600+ facilities and provide care to over 50,000 residents annually. We are the predominant provider of services in LA and Ventura counties, the San Joaquin Valley (Bakersfield to Sacramento) and the entirety of Central and Northern California up to Willits and Redding. Our optometrists perform comprehensive eye health and vision exams using computerized and portable instrumentation allowing examinations to take place in any setting within the facility including bedside examinations.
