The Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center was founded in 1989 by Emilio M. Justo, M.D. as a full service general ophthalmology practice specializing in refractive cataract surgery as well as the diagnosis and management of glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and dry eyes. Our practice also does routine family vision care including contact lens fitting. Each of our offices also has an optical shop known as Just For Eyes Optical Boutique. Our practice is quite unique in that we also offer a vast array of both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, and Dr. Justo is well known in the state for his CO2 laser blepharoplasty procedure.

We take great pride in our personalized approach to patient care, as we consider each patient as an extended family member. Equally, we are fortunate to have 6 staff members who have been with the practice more than 15 years (2 of which are almost 20 years with us), and another 6 staff members having been with the practice for over 10 years.

Our practice culture emphasizes personal rapport, care and compassion for each patient as well as each staff member.
