SUMMARY

The Real Estate Operations Project Manager (PM) is responsible for tracking and coordinating the internal ECP service team tasks in relation to new sites and closing projects across national/regional geographies. The PM will outline and effectively coordinate all aspects of project related tasks with key partners in Real Estate Construction Management, Operations, IT, HR, AP, Finance and Facilities. Most importantly, we are not just seeking someone that takes orderswe are looking for a problem solver and someone who can look at ways to do things, connect the dots and accomplish tasks effectively and efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with leads from various functions, Real Estate Construction Management, Operations, IT, HR, AP, Finance and Facilities to ensure the completion of project tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Hosts weekly Optometry (OPT) and Ophthalmology (OPH) Real Estate project calls with all ECP Shared Service for project updates and project tracking
  • Manage all Real Estate projects to keep the milestones on track and, using sound judgment and excellent teamwork skills, address any issues.
  • Identify flexible or creative solutions, when needed to keep projects moving forward.
  • Update ITLs as needed in coordination with shared services teams
  • Develop, with Real Estate leadership, a playbook for delivering optometry and ophthalmology projects from initiation to completion
  • Landlord communications for new sites and turn over coordination for all closings
  • Coordinate all sign packages for new sites, relocations, office closing and replacement of existing signage for both Real Estate and non-Real Estate related projects.
  • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service.
  • Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Thorough understanding of the project management process, including the ability to manage and evaluate consultants, project submittals, budgets and multiple schedules
  • Be self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and adjust plans
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and is flexible in accepting work assignments and priorities
  • Customer-focused with excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability for intermediate problem solving, including mathematics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
  • Specialty knowledge of Adobe, Smartsheet and other project management platforms
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations for this position; general understanding of HIPAA guidelines

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: B.S. or B.A. in Finance or Accounting
Minimum Required: 2 years of project management experience
Corporate Development experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

This position is located in St Louis, Missouri and offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates living in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, N. Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia may also be considered for remote work.
