We are a growing practice looking for a talented and enthusiastic Licensed Dispensing Optician to join our dynamic team.

We offer a highly competitive hourly wage as well as a commission program that generally offers an additional $3-5 per hour. Both pay and commission are paid out biweekly.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Dispensing Optician, you will play a pivotal role in our patient's experience with us. You will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the sales floor alongside your co-workers, contributing to a positive and team based work environment, and consistently providing our patients with exceptional experiences.
- Guiding patients through the process of better vision utlizing the newest technology in frames, lenses, lens features & contact lenses
- Assisting patients with frame selection and dispensing glasses and contact lenses to patients
- Ensuring visual acuity and troubleshooting any issues with prescriptions
- Utilizing a POS system to enter sales and vision insurance benefits accurately
Job Expectations:
- Experience in eye care and optical sales
- Willingness to continue a path of learning and discovery
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient care
- Ability to perform general repairs and adjustments on eyewear
