Position Overview Role: Eyewear Specialist / Optician Location: Valley Fair Mall, Santa Clara Type: Full-time, Non-exempt Start Date: Immediate Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected Hours: 40 per week What You'll Do Deliver top-notch customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm Address customer inquiries and concerns with integrity and care Create eyewear products with accuracy and efficiency Adjust, fit, and assemble eyeglasses to meet customer preferences Lead by example and support team members with training and guidance Contribute to store meetings and collaborate on sales and service improvements What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
