We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Optician to join our team. In this role, you will provide patients with exceptional guidance on eyewear selection and educate them about lens options and benefits. You’ll work closely with patients to ensure they are not only seeing well but also looking their best. If you have at least 2 years of experience in the optical field and are driven to deliver outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to ensure every patient receives exceptional service and care.
• Educate patients about lens options, including progressive designs, and assist them in selecting eyewear that best fits their needs and lifestyle.
• Offer expert style consulting to help patients choose frames that complement their facial features and personal style.
• Perform accurate measurements for eyewear orders, ensuring that they are precise and fit correctly.
• Handle eyewear adjustments and repairs with attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable fit.
• Review and explain patients’ vision insurance benefits and how they apply to eyewear options.
• Process eyeglass orders, verifying accuracy and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality.
• Inspect completed eyeglasses orders to ensure they match patient prescriptions and expectations.
• Maintain a strong working relationship with frame representatives to ensure a diverse and desirable frame inventory.
• Order optical supplies and ensure the optical department is stocked with the latest and most popular eyewear options.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each patient’s experience is positive, friendly, and educational.

 Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Optician required.
• ABO (American Board of Opticianry) certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of vision plans, lens materials, progressive designs, and frame selection.
• Proven ability to measure, fit, and adjust glasses with precision and care.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot visual complaints effectively.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
