iHire Recipient of Alliance for Workplace Excellence Award

Frederick, Maryland (April 22, 2014) - iHire is proud to be honored with the 2014 Alliance for Workplace Excellence Award for its workplace practices, including the use of flexibility and other aspects of workplace effectiveness as a strategy to increase business and employee success.

This is the second year in a row that iHire has been recognized for its workplace excellence. The Alliance has been recognizing best places to work for the past 15 years. The Workplace Excellence Award highlights businesses that promote professional fulfillment and personal wellness at work, at home, and in the community. All award applicants undergo a comprehensive evaluation process, including an extensive employee survey which assesses corporate culture and management practices, family- and employee-friendly policies, health and wellness initiatives, diversity practices, and other areas.
