* Any state license, Doctor of Optometry Degree from AOEC accredited 

* Certifications: BLS

* One year of professional experience as an Optometrist or completion of a one-year residency program  

* M-F 0730 to 1700 and every other Friday off

* Clearance: 4 to 6 weeks
